
Cookery courses
Highly recommended: cookery courses in an original setting!We organise cookery courses in the old kitchens of the chateau. They take place in the same location that hosted Louis XIV in the 17th century and that belonged to his famous minister the Marquess of Louvois. Just imagine how many delicious dishes have been savoured in this place over the centuries and how many aromas and spices filled these corridors...
After the success of the cookery courses in 2009, master chef Judicaël Ruch returns once again and he has concocted a tasty programme for these delicious get-togethers: eight culinary workshops will offer you an opportunity for having fun and exchanging tips, a discovery of gastronomical abundance and of the creativity of the young chef.

First Wednesday from April to November in 2010:
Wednesday 7 April, 5 May, 2 June, 7 July, 4 August, 1 September, 6 October and 3 November
Time: 10.00 –14.00hrs
In one morning the participants can get familiar with the cooking techniques and skills of the chef. His tricks and secrets will add spice to this course, where everyone can get their hands dirty discovering the magic of culinary science.
The course is followed by a tasting of the meal in the old large kitchen.
Laroche wines from the Burgundy Region will be served with the meal
