This beautiful hall, situated in the Royal appartment on the ‘aristocratic’ floor in the west wing of the chateau, is lavishly decorated with the coats of arms of France and of the Clermont-Tonnerre family. The prestiguous decorations are in Renaissance style and were completely restored in the 19th century. It has a a magnificent floor with geometric patterns. The wall decorations celebrate the visit of Henri III with a band of fleurs de lys (lily flowers) and a large painting of the king on horseback, placed above the monumental chimney. There are various windows overlooking the courtyard and gardens.

This hall is an ideal location for big receptions and buffet dinners.
