A New Event for the Nuit des Hespérides
On 13 August, come and experience the magic of the Nuit des Hespérides at Château d’Ancy-le-Franc and enjoy the spectacle of shooting stars in an exceptional setting.
For this unique occasion, a full programme awaits you throughout the evening. Discover the château in a magical nighttime atmosphere, enhanced by decorations inspired by the world of the stars.
Here is a brief presentation of the show:
NOVASTELLA is a performance combining music and words, enhanced by the presence of the starry sky. It is the confession of a solitary, nocturnal being: an astronomer haunted by the death of the stars. Following a romantic disappointment, the astrophysicist spends every night waiting for the singular appearance of a Supernova, the luminous ghost of a star that died hundreds of millions of years ago. Comfortably seated on deckchairs, spectators and listeners are enchanted by the atmospheric music, the hallucinatory tale and the beauty of the Milky Way watching over them.
Tickets are now available through our online ticketing service or will be available for purchase on site on the evening of the event.
Evening program:
8:00 pm to 9:30 pm: Self-guided visit of the château’s interiors.
9:30 pm to 11:00 pm: NOVASTELLA performance.
